Accepting a Workspace Invitation
If a workspace owner or admin invites you by email, you'll get an invitation link. This page covers what happens after you click it.
Finding your invitations
Clicking the link in the invitation email takes you to your pending invitations. If you weren't signed in, you'll be asked to log in or sign up first — use the same email address the invitation was sent to.
Any invitations waiting for you also show up here any time you log in, so you don't need the original email to find them again.
Accepting an invitation
Each pending invitation shows the workspace name, who invited you, and the role you've been offered.
- Review the invitation
- Click Accept
You're added to the workspace with the assigned role and redirected to the dashboard.
Ignoring an invitation
If you don't want to join, click Ignore on the invitation. This removes it from your pending list without notifying the workspace.
Ignoring an invitation doesn't block future invitations from the same workspace. If they invite you again, it'll show up as a new pending invitation.
Belonging to multiple workspaces
Accepting an invitation doesn't remove you from any workspace you already belong to. You can be a member of several workspaces at once and switch between them from the workspace switcher in the dashboard header.
Each workspace has its own repositories, newsletters, and members. Switching workspaces doesn't carry over settings or data between them.
Troubleshooting
Invitation link says it's expired — invitations expire 7 days after they're sent. Ask whoever invited you to resend it from Settings → Workspace → Invitations.
You accepted but don't see the workspace — refresh the dashboard, or use the workspace switcher to confirm it's not just displaying a different workspace by default.
You were invited to the wrong email — ask the workspace admin to revoke the invitation and resend it to the correct address.
